Meet the Founders

Superb Maids Houston was founded by sisters Altynay and Zharkynay, originally from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Our journey brought us to Houston, Texas with our families and children, guided by big dreams, strong values, and a deep belief in building something meaningful through hard work.

Before becoming mothers and business owners in Houston, we both built careers in the oil and gas industry and successfully launched a coffee shop in Almaty — a project that taught us leadership, discipline, and the importance of quality and customer trust. These experiences continue to shape the way we run our company today.

Houston welcomed us with opportunity and warmth. It became the place where our families grew, our dreams took shape, and where we found a community we are proud to serve and call home.

What began as a small, hands-on cleaning business grew into a purpose-driven company built on integrity, care, and gratitude. We believe a clean home is more than appearances — it’s peace of mind, comfort, and balance. That belief is at the heart of Superb Maids Houston.

Zharkynay – Co-Founder

Zharkynay is a wife and devoted mom to a daughter, and the heart behind the operations of the company while also focusing strongly on client relationships. She oversees daily operations, team coordination, and quality control, ensuring every home is cleaned with intention and pride. Her attention to detail, consistency, and strong sense of responsibility allows Superb Maids Houston to deliver not just clean homes, but dependable, trusted experiences.

Altynay – Co-Founder

Altynay is a wife and proud mom of three boys, bringing heart, organization, and vision to Superb Maids Houston. She focuses on business development, partnerships, and client relationships, ensuring the company grows while staying true to its values. As a busy mother herself, she deeply understands how powerful a clean, peaceful home can be — and she brings that understanding into every part of the business.
